Our instructors are highly trained in strength and conditioning, which includes Olympic weightlifting.
The Olympic lifts can be used to build extraordinary power, strength and cardiovascular fitness.
The lifts are taught in an easy to follow progression and our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
If you already follow an abbreviated routine it is always a good idea to supplement in some Olympic lifting to kick start your muscular gains or fat loss.
