We have lots of new content coming your way so please keep posted! Below are a few of the things that will soon be part of our portfolio;
- Mixed Martial Arts Circuit - based out of L.A Fitness in Thorpe Bay this class will be of benefit to fighters, fitness enthusiasts and people wanting to get rid of some aggression and stress! It will be £50 for 10 sessions (£5 an hour for top quality training! )which will take place once a week (Days and Times TBC) at L.A Fitness Thorpe Bay. There is only space for 10 people per 10 week training block so if your interested please email your name and phone number to josh@centuriontraining.com
- Pencak Silat Classes - Using our links to top quality instructors across the country we will again be running a never before seen class at L.A Fitness Thorpe Bay. Pencak Silat is an ancient Indonesian martial art and we will be running classes weekly (Days and Times TBC) this class will be paid for in individual sessions at £5 per hour if you are interested please email your name and phone number to josh@centuriontraining.com (FIRST CLASS IS FREE!).
- Centurion Outdoor Circuit Group - Based in Chalkwell Park we will be running a circuit class for 10 people at various times and days throughout the week (TBC) it will be £5 per hour and can be paid for in blocks of 10 hours or individual sessions.
- Downloads of diets and programs will be available extremely soon just trying to work out the kinks!
- We will be starting a new "Centurion Challenge". The "Centurion Challenge" will consist of a group of exercises that must be completed in the fastest possible time, these must be witnessed by one of the Centurions or recorded as evidence, once the challenge is posted you will have 3 months to try and get to the top of the leaderboard and win the "Ultimate Centurion Package" which is 10 free sessions, free diet plan, free supplementation plan, free fitness test & a free gym plan that lasts 12 weeks! The winner will also have their profile posted onto our Centurion Challenge Champions page.
- Our sponsored athletes will soon have their own page so you can check out what sport they play, how they use Centurion Training Systems products and how you can spectate at their next event.

Welcome to the latest update of Centurion Training news.
So what's been going on.......?
Firstly we have hired some new "Athletic Development Trainers" whose job is to train and guide athletes of all ages. Our new trainers all have amazing experience and knowledge within the competitive sports arena!
We already train numerous athletes ranging from marathon runners to MMA fighters so if your team needs to be pushed to the next level then please use the contact details listed on "The Centurions" page to drop us a line!
Secondly we are looking into creating our own brand of supplements and would love to know which products you would use if they were distributed. For any suggestions please email Josh@centuriontraining.com
