Leigh On Sea Bootcamps
Our Leigh on Sea bootcamp sessions are designed for people who want to;

Each training sessions starts with the instructor checking that no one is injured or suffering from an illness then the participants are put through a thorough warm up to ensure that all the participants are fully prepared for the main workout.
After the warm up the participants will perform a circuit typically lasting 30-45 minutes utilising various types of equipment including;
- Kettlebells
- Suspension straps
- Powerbags/sandbags
- Medicine Balls
- Resistance Bands
- Bodyweight training
- & much more.....
We hold classes on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 1930hrs at the top of Leigh Train Station steps and each class is £5 per hour or £40 per month.
