Kettlebell Training
Our kettlebell training can be used for any of numerous goals these can include;
- Improving muscular strength.
- Improving muscular endurance.
- Increasing fat loss & metabolic rate.
- Improving muscular power.
- Improving sports specific movement patterns.
With our expert instructors you will be trained using tried & tested methods that have produced amazing results for many years.
As well as being a tremendous muscular conditioning tool, kettlebells are also fantastic for cardiovascular conditioning .
Our kettlebell class is run on Saturdays from 1000-1100hrs and is £10 a session or £30 a month when booked in advance. The class is taught by Joshua Mullin who is an expert in the use of kettlebells and has vast experience in their techniques and application.
