Training Specialities:

I love to train athletes to help them improve their sports performance and help them dominate their opposition! 

Typically I will have 4 people in a group session as this is optimal for exercise selection and minimising confusion. As well as athletes I also coach the following groups:

  1. Weight Loss (Male or Female)
  2. Kettlebell Specific 
  3. Express (30 minutes)

About me:

I'm the Head Trainer and Director of Centurion Training Systems and I have been involved in the leisure industry since the age of 15 and have been training in all manners of sports and training styles since the age of 11.

I first started in the fitness industry after starting my YMCA Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification. After completing my level 2 I worked at The Deanes School and then at SEEVIC College for a short while.

After moving on from SEEVIC I became a fitness instructor at L.A Fitness and continued to increase my knowledge and also my growing list of qualifications. Two years into my career at L.A Fitness I decided to become a freelance personal trainer within L.A Fitness and I built up a large client base and continued to develop and grow as a personal trainer.

When my family began to grow I decided to move to Virgin Active for a new challenge and after six months I changed roles and organisations and became a tutor for The Training Room PT academy. I now teach 6 week intensive courses to people that want to become personal trainers themselves.

I first started using the gym as a training tool once I began martial arts. As my enthusiasm grew so did my knowledge which led me to trying various sports and martial arts.

I am a keen Mixed Martial Arts fan and also enjoy American Football.
