Training specialities

I specialise in Strength and Conditioning for sports helping athletes gain a legal upperhand on their opposition. I have trained atletes in a number of different sports including Rugby, American Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Judo, MMA and Professional Wrestling. I also work with those average joes who just want to lose weight or put on size.

 

Timeslots available

Mondays and Wednesdays (Every other week)

 

7pm – 8pm

8pm – 9pm

About Me

I have been in the fitness industry for almost 8 years and I have been training for 12 years. To say I am a late bloomer would be an understatement. I those 12 years I have played a number of sports including a number of combat sports. I have been involved in Strength and Conditioning since 2008. I am currently the Strength and Power specialist for Westcliff Rugby Football club. I am a keen Martial artist, I am a member of the TeamX-T1 submission grappling team.
