About me:
I am a qualified therapist in Sports Massage and Sports Treatments and have experience working with footballers, runners, swimmers, hockey players, American footballers, golfers and gym users. I have been a keen sportsman throughout my life, excelling at football from an early age, and have achieved national success in athletics and cross-country. I now use my experiences in sport and knowledge of deep tissue massage treatment, to help other athletes rehabilitate from injuries and maintain training programmes.
I also have a regular client base of office workers, helping them to overcome soft tissue injuries sustained through everyday routines.
I am a registered member of the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
