I'm someone who gets bored of the gym very easily. Josh's sessions were not only entertaining enough to keep my interest they really work! He put me through a gruelling outdoor workout which was so so tough but... I thoroughly enjoyed it!!! Did stuff I didn't know could be done and worked bits I didn't know existed!!!! He's so passionate about fitness it really rubs off on you. Would definitely recommend him, he cares as much as you do!

you succeed in your goals. I have studied at Hertfordshire University for 4 years now and while I was there I played for the Universities American Football Team (the most successful University American Football Team in the country), reaching the final 8 in
the country twice and getting to the national semi finals twice as well. Furthermore I was named as the Team Captain in my final year. Outside of University I now play for a very competitive Senior league team looking to push for the national finals this year.
This all stems from a career at youth level in American Football (where I played with Josh) and without Josh It is safe to say I would not have been as successful as I have been so far in my sport. Not only has he trained me and coached me as an athlete enabling
me to perform at this level but his nutritional and supplement advice is second to none, and it has enabled me to get the best out of my body and my sport. Josh has not asked me to say all this and he is definately not paying me to say this (unfortunately)
but whether you are looking to join Josh's team career wise or whether you wish to achieve your personal fitness goals however big or small they are, Centurion Training is the way forward.

we do which is always refreshing. He also works you hard whilst having a laugh too which always helps to get through a session. I am currently playing Semi-Professional and have found that my overall game has increased due to being a lot more powerful and
therefore quicker through Josh's training. His nutritional advice is also fantastic and helps me to keep eating the correct foods at the right times.

I've lost inches off of my trouble areas and I'm much firmer and fitter than I was. Josh always mixes it up each week so it doesn't get boring and it's a great all round workout! Thanks Josh!
