I have been training and competing for as long as I can remember. I competed to a national level in a variety of sports, including swimming and cross country running, and achieved an international tennis ranking.
I spent some time, as an athlete, training in America where I learnt the necessity of conditioning. This is where my passion for sports performance started and why I love to train athletes. Once I stopped playing tennis competitively I started my career as a tennis coach, where I learnt to work with many different clients and their varying needs, before moving into the fitness industry. I currently work as a fitness instructor and a self employed personal trainer. These 2 roles allow me to constantly increase my knowledge and further my skills.
My main training disciplines are tennis conditioning and sports specific training but I also enjoy helping clients achieve their goals such as weight loss and muscle gain. I use the experience I gained from my own training, backed up by my qualifications, to assist clients with all aspects of training including the psychological and nutritional side. The sessions I deliver are always enjoyable and professional.
I use a variety of training techniques, such as suspension training, and different methods including a range of Tabata protocols, Tacfit protocols and FlowFit. This ensures my clients remain motivated, helping them achieve their goals and perform to the best of their abilities.
